Don't Sweat It, Returns are Easy!
1. Re-package your Item - Most items can be re-packaged in the box they were originally shipped in. We can only accept items that are in new condition with original tags and packaging in place.
2. Include your Orginal Order Number - There is no need to call us and get a separate return authorization number. Returns are processed based on your original order number. Simply include your invoice with reason of return or a separate note with your order number. If you have misplaced your order number, give us a call at (800) 832-7547 so we can further assist you.
3. Address and Ship your Return - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and tracking. Please send your return to:

What Can I Return?
We accept any item that is still in NEW, sellable condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date the product was received.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Returns are processed within 48 hour of receiving them. After the return has been verified, we will issue a refund to your credit card. Depending on your credit card company, the refund may take up to 2 business days to post to your account.
Does Active Do Exchanges?
No. If you wish to "exchange" an item for a different size, color, or model, simply return the item and then place a new order for the desired product.
What If I Receive an Incorrect or Damaged Item?
Until robots rule the world, we are all still humans and mistakes occasionally happen. If you receive an item you didn't order or if it was damaged in shipping please call us immediately at (800) 832-7547 so we can get you a replacement as soon as possible. Damaged products must be reported within 30 days of the date the product was received. Please save all packaging that the damaged item was shipped in, as we often need photographs of the damage to the item and package.
