The beautiful Willamette River provides plenty of water activities for the Portland community, but it's important to know and understand the rules and regulations to ensure a safe and cohesive waterway. Some of these rules and regulations include staying at least 200 feet away from docks, boats, and paddlers; keeping music at a reasonable level; and minimizing repetitive passes.
