X Games have have teamed up with six of the world's best wakeboarders and videographers to bring you the the 2018 installment of X Games Real Wake. Real Wake is a video edit competition, where the riders and a filmer of their choice have 90 seconds to showcase their best hammers, as well as their individual style both on and off the water. Each year the competition pushes the limits of what is possible on a wakeboard whether it be behind the boat, on the cable, or with a winch. The judges favorites will be announced during the one-hour behind-the-scenes "World of X Games: Real Wake driven by MasterCraft" show, airing Sunday, September 16 at 4 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT on ABC. With the fan favorites being announced Monday, September 17th. Don't forget to vote for your favorite rider which you can do once per day between now and Sunday night!

It's crazy to see how far the sport has progressed. We've all been following wakeboarding in the X Games since the '90s, and its amazing to have outlets like the X Games and ABC step in to give the riders a chance to showcase our sport on one of the biggest platforms. We're excited to see what the coming years have to bring!
