At ActiveWake, we want you to have the best time possible on the water. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Performance Guarantee—giving you 30 days to try out your new gear.

If you’re not completely happy with it, contact our customer service team at sales@activewake.com, and we’ll help you start a return and find something that fits you better. Products covered by the Performance Guarantee can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days, as long as they’re still in new condition.

WHAT'S COVERED

The Performance Guarantee applies only to

  • Waterskis
  • Wake foils
  • Wakeboards
  • Wakesurf boards
  • Bindings

WHAT IS "NEW CONDITION"?

To qualify for our Performance Guarantee, the product must be returned in new condition. This means the item is unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as when it was originally received.

Products in new condition:

  • Show no signs of wear, use, or damage (including scratches, dents, or marks).
  • Have all original packaging, tags, parts, manuals and labels that came with the product
  • Have not been modified or customized in any way.

Items that show evidence of use such as water exposure, dirt, cosmetic blemishes, or missing components will not be eligible under the Performance Guarantee.

We recommend carefully inspecting your product at home before use to ensure it meets your expectations. If you do not inform us of blemishes prior to use, the product will be void of the Performance Guarantee.

SHIPPING

Customers who choose to use our Performance Guarantee Policy are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. All items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

ActiveWake is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping. Products that are damaged in transit will no longer qualify for the Performance Guarantee.

OFF SEASON SALES

If you purchase a Performance Guarantee-eligible product during the off-season, you will have until June 15 of the following season to try the product and initiate a return under the Performance Guarantee Policy.

Example: If you purchase a wakesurf board on December 12, 2025, you will have until June 15, 2026, to initiate your return.
